BK1 Main screen
BK1's main screen gives access to all BK1's features by clicking a link or using a keyboard command.
Statement listing
When you have imported PDF statements, they are listed in date sequence under their account.
Transaction listing
Clicking on a statement shows the transactions on that statememnt. You can also view the PDF statement from this screen, and assign each transaction to a category or entity.
Assign categories
BK1 knows that if you are assigning a category to one transaction, then you will probably want to assign the same category to all similar transactions. This screen makes assigning categories to transactions easy.
Manage accounts
BK1 will automaticaly create a bank account for you when a statement is imported. This screen lets you manually create bank accounts, or move bank accounts between entities.

With BK1 you can create common business reports including cash flow, profit & loss, BAS work sheet and transfers between accounts.
